We are successfully expanding our activities and are continuously looking for talented and ambitious candidates to join our firm as an intern to support the team and gain hands-on corporate finance experience.

Our advisory services range from assisting with the planning and scoping of corporate strategy right through to the execution of M&A transactions and debt restructuring
Our dedicated focus on Food & Agri guarantees a high deal volume. With a growing world population, changing climate and increased demand for Western-style diets, the Food & Agri sector in particular faces some clear challenges. These forces are leading to an eruption of new business models, emergence of (smaller) niche players, consolidation, and thus, M&A activity and (re)financing needs.

A mentor will assist and accompany you during your internship, ensuring you will experience every aspect of our offered services. We intent to challenge you, ensuring a steep learning curve, and we work from the perspective of offering qualifying interns a permanent position with the firm.
What are we looking for?
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch (required, German and French are an advantage);
- You are working towards, or already completed, a master’s degree in (business) economics or finance. Other degrees will be considered if you can demonstrate experience in, or affinity with, corporate finance or financial analysis;
- You have an outstanding academic track record with strong analytical, commercial, and social skills. Previous internship/work experience is an advantage, as well as extra-curricular activities;
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word);
- You are available full-time for a 4–6-month period.
