Squarefield acted as exclusive financial advisor to Nimbus on the acquisition of Meneba
Meneba is one of Europe’s leading flour milling companies with facilities in the Netherlands and Belgium. Nimbus as a restructuring firm acquired the company from Bencis Capital Partners in 2011. The company split off the Weert based Unicorn business and is being managed back to profitability.
