Dr. Boris Hippel

Dr. Boris Hippel joined Squarefield in 2021. He is dedicated to the consumer as well as adjacent sectors. At Squarefield he is primarily responsible for buy- and sell-side engagements in the DACH-region.

Boris has more than 10 years of experience in advising large corporates and privately held companies as well as financial sponsors on domestic and cross-border investment banking and M&A transactions and on investor relations as well as financial reporting topics.

Prior to joining Squarefield, Boris has been with GCA Altium, PwC and most recently NIBC.

Boris graduated as Dipl.-Kfm. at the University of Mannheim and earned his PhD at the University of Münster.
